Gardnin' Gertie ORP
Just in time for summer is Gardnin' Gertie! She's gotta get out in her garden and get those weeds pulled before they overtake the garden, so she's got her rake with her! Gardnin' Gertie is a 16" tall primitive black doll with an awfully unique shaped head!!! Her dress, bloomers, and pocket are all made from coordinating grungied gardening fabrics. Gertie's pocket has been primly hand stitched onto the front of her dress and a sprig of fragrant sweet annie is tucked inside the pocket. Gertie's rake is attached to her arm with rusty, curly baling wire. She doesn't want to lose that ol' rake! This pattern is easy to follow with very detailed instructions! You will love making Gardnin' Gertie!
