Mulrooney the Cat & the Trick or Treat Gang
The sky is black and the moon is full, there is an air of magic all around. You have bats in your stomach and excitement in your eyes cause you know it is "Halloween"!
It's no different for Mulrooney the Cat and his sidekicks in the "Trick or Treat Gang". They have been waiting for this most auspicious of days. It is a time that Mulrooney can "treat" with the best of them and savor every mouthful of his delicious prizes. Even in his excitement Mulrooney needs to keep a watchful eye over his comrades in tow on his tail....These two little guys are full of mischief and mayhem - two little crows with a lot of attitude and pranks!
Mulrooney is 13" tall and 13" long (including his tail). He is painted, waxed and distressed muslin. His body is weighted (probably from all the treats!) and sits well anywhere. His face is needle sculpted with button eyes. He has the cutest wire whiskers that perch nicely over the top of his ghost costume, which has "BOO" stitched on the front. To add some class to his ghostly appearance Mulrooney is wearing a felt hat over one ear. He has his own treat bag with "TREAT" stitched on the front, sitting next to him.
His sidekicks in the "Trick or Treat Gang" are two little crows that are attached to Mulrooney's tail. They are painted, waxed and distressed muslin. Their faces are needle sculpted. They are wearing little witch hats with rusty safety pins and jingle bells . One is carrying a wool treat bag and the other a wool pumpkin.
This would be a great piece to add to you Halloween décor. It just makes you smile....
